Today is a hot Sunday. Thinking to go for shopping to look for “air-cool” in the shopping centre. But after think twice, better not. Why? The road heading to One-U sure congested. So finally I decide better to stay at home.
What I’m going to treat myself for this afternoon? ahah….. Cool Ice Jelly……
Just a very simple cooking…. Ingredient include ice jelly powder, lemon, syrup ( sugar and honey )… that’s it! Oh, not yet…. have to get some ice cube too…then only everything done!
Hmmm…. Just a very simple “tea break” but the feeling is so good…

This is one of my favourite desserts –> bubur cha cha
U can try this recipe…
Ingredients
Yam 200 gm, Sweet potato 100gm, fresh coconut milk 1/2 cup, sago 2 tablespoons, sugar 8 tablespoons, palm sugar 1/4 cup, pandan leaf 2 pieces, a pinch of salt
Directions
1. Cut the potatoes into small tiny cubes.
2. Steam the potato bits.
3. Boil coconut milk, sugar, palm sugar, salt and sago for 3 minutes.
4. Add in potatoes and pandan leaves.
5. Stir and cook until boiled. Serve warm.
