Ingredients
Yam 200 gm, Sweet potato 100gm, fresh coconut milk 1/2 cup, sago 2 tablespoons, sugar 8 tablespoons, palm sugar 1/4 cup, pandan leaf 2 pieces, a pinch of salt
Directions
1. Cut the potatoes into small tiny cubes.
2. Steam the potato bits.
3. Boil coconut milk, sugar, palm sugar, salt and sago for 3 minutes.
4. Add in potatoes and pandan leaves.
5. Stir and cook until boiled. Serve warm.
